What is your return policy?
If the book you purchased has physical faults, either from manufacture or from damage in the shipping process, please contact us to request a refund and return delivery. Contact email is - contact@lyrasbooks.com. We will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery date. Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.
Can I commission a binding from you?
I am often extremely busy with my own publishing projects and other work involving Ludlow Bookbinders so sometimes there just isn't time! Currently I am not taking on any more commissions for 2021. I am unsure of my workload for the early part of 2022 but will update when I have a clearer idea!
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit/debit card and through PayPal.
How much does it cost to bind a book?
Prices can vary massively between binding projects. It will depend entirely on the style of binding, the condition of the book, the materials used and many other factors.
How will you ship my order?
For customers in the UK we offer a free 24 hour courier service. The courier we use is APC Overnight.
For international orders we will use an express courier service. This is usually FedEx as they can often deliver to the US and other countries in 24 hours.
The less time in transit the better.
